caravan / trader do not leave...
instead they are moving a bit to 'home' area and stays there till they die. any idea which mod could do that?

It might not be any mod. Are any of the exits on your map blocked off? Like maybe there's an area on the other side of a mountain or river that they could leave from, but they can't reach. There's a B18 base game bug where NPCs can "see" and attempt to enter or leave a map from unexplored/blocked off areas, and if a caravan picks one of those points as their exit they end up just not going anywhere and most of them starve to death before they flee.

If that's not the case and you are on just a flat open map, I dunno.

no its not flat, its mountain terrain and tbh there might be such place, thanks! i will try to fix those places in debug mode, maybe that will help

ok it is annoying, i have cleared all area aroun my base to check if there is any place where they can leave... there is not, they simply search for such place near your base... they leave if you make such passage for them, but near them

What I do is turn on dev mode and one of the tabs is a screen with a bunch of checkmarks and Xs, one of the options is "draw fog" or something like that, if you untick it you can see all the hidden areas on the map so if there's a small pocket of open land along one of the edges of the map you can find it. Then I either mine a path to it if it's a large area, or use the dev command "fill 21x21" to place stone there if it's just a tiny spot.
