How to cure food poison?

It will go away in relatively short order. I've never counted the ticks but 12-24hrs sounds right.

Cure? No. Prevent? Yes.

You need your cook to be at skill level 6 or above to significantly reduce its occurrence. On top of that you need your cooking area to be spotlessly clean and a clean food storage area helps too. That's about it.

Making sterile floors in your kitchen / freezer can help cut down on the chance, If I remember correctly. Also seperating the butchering and the cooking areas of the kitchen into their own rooms will cut down on the mess that accumulates where your cooking.
