Doors sound effect driving me crazy

every time any door opening on the base its sound like Woosh Woosh and u cant disable it ,
specialy in the kitchen area when u build multiply doors as an air look.

is there any way to disable it via ini files or something ?

Why don't you have it on Steam? If you bought it off the website, you can get a free Steam key. If you are pirating it, why should we help you?

I wish people wouldn't just jump to conclusions like this. The game is DRM-free and always has been, even the Steam version can be cut and pasted elsewhere and still work fine. And not everyone wants to play the game through Steam, like people who put it on an external flash drive to plug into whatever computer they happen to be using.

Anyway, for OP's question, yes you can use mods. Just extract the archives into the mods folder and activate in-game.

My point is, if you have the DRM free version off their website, you might as well register it on Steam as not, since it's free, especially if you're asking about it on the Steam forums... don't you think?

Ya, just register your key on Steam, install the game, subscribe to the mod, then copy the workshop folder of the mod into your DRM free version's mod folder.
