as far as i remember, pirate,exotic and bulk should buy drugs.
Also, what kind of drugs are most profitable?

If your trying to trade with orbital traders via the console you have to have the goods in range of a orbital beacon. Design your warehouse / stockpiles with those in mind if you want the inventory to be accessible to those types of traders.
A door is fine. I don't remember if being forbidden effects it or not.
Trade beacons as mentioned are for orbital traders, but you don't need them for trade caravans,
Go-Juice isn't a great money maker. It's probably fine, but it's not the best use of those resources. If you have neutromine it's better to turn it into penxyclyline, if you have psychoid leaves, it's best to turn them into flake. Two flake plus one peno, same amount of raw resources, is 60s market value, vs the 45s for the go-juice. Edit: That's me just looking at the raw numbers, I don't remember if peno is as easy to sell as other drugs. There's no easy source of neutromine in the base game so I typically don't try to turn a profit from it.
If I remember right, Beer is the most profitable per work, Flake is the most profitable per tile, and Yayo is the most profitable per weight (assuming your produce all resources you can produce & you buy what you can't at 100% market value).
