With your pawn selected, right click on a medical/hospital bed and instruct them to go rest until healed.

Operations can fail, having a high skill doctor (esp with any boosts to manipulation, check surgery success chance in char sheet), a sterile hospital with medicial beds, a vital monitor and a sun lamp as well as glitterworld medicine guranteeds that it will work out. If your chance is low you might kill your pawn and destroy the bionics so be careful.
