How do you install dentures?

I have medicine in my stock pile. The bill is made on the patient, but when i try to prioritize it, im told i dont have the materials.

You need to craft/buy/find the dentures first, then you can install them in a pawn.

And why is it doing this with the peg leg? Ive installed a bunch of these before and I have all the necessary materials.

Because you added the bionics mod? Anyway, you craft them on the simple prosthetics bench.

Make sure the priority of the medicine is in max care.
Which is switched on and off on the health menu.

By default prisoners are set to no medicine, surgery requires at least herbal medicine, the message doesn't make a lot of sense but that is why you can't perform surgery.
