Any way to automate campfire refuels?

Tribal game, getting tired of my colonists running out of food because it expires due to campfires disappearing. Is there any way to automate refueling so it happens before the fire disappears?

They will auto refuel campfires, torches and any fueled device. It's part of the hauling job so you just need to make sure somebody is able to keep up with all the hauling.

Note also that it's not possible to haul fuel to the campfire whil it is being used to cook.

I've been manually refuelling (when I remember), but no campfire of mine has been refuelled without my prompting it. Wonder if I've got some kind of bizarre bug on my file...
