Items being built instantly
Everytime i build something it just pops up without a settler having to build it, this is probably some dev mode but its turned off in settings. Anything im missing?

Turn on dev mode, turn off god mode, turn off dev mode.

Yeah, guessing you turned on God Mode at some point then turned off Dev Mode thinking it would deactivate God Mode too.

The way construction times are handled changed with A16, some mods that updated to A15 didn't adjust build times and that causes they stuff to build instantly. Mods that replace or alter base game items that haven't been updated correctly will cause base game items to build instantly as well.
