You can check with the beauty overlay the exact values.
You really only need a single bed unless you have a couple, and a room with walls and floors that is clean to avoid the ugly modifier.
Lights arent really much needed either, their only benefit is that if the colonist is praying or meditating in their room etc they dont get a temporary darkness penalty, which really isnt worth the electricity cost.

it doesnt matter if the same crafter builds all the items.
a lvl 18 crafter has still a 11% chance to craft normal quality.
