Please change the cat sound effects
The game is great fun, but there's one thing that drives me mad. The cat pet I started with makes terribly unhappy cat sounds. Could you please change it to a somewhat more friendly / content / purring mew, so I don't get up all the time to check if my real cat is allright?

There is only one solution....

Pet mute mod.

ROFLMAO; my Norwegian forest cat went completely bat%^&*-nuts when I tried to start a fast food*.... catfarm. At some point I had 12 roaming my base and my REAL cat was seriously searching all corners of my appartment trying to find out where that noise came from (he's not the sharpest tool in the shed). Eventually he figured out the sounds were loudest near my speakers and every time a cat in my base would meow he'd answer by meowing back.

Norwegeian forest cats are awesome. I think they're not allowed as pets here in the Netherlands though, not 100% sure, but I think they fall into the 'zoo animals' category which require certifiates and degrees to be allowed to handle.

They are allowed; seeing as I'm Dutch ;)
It's not allowed to CROSSBREED them with other breeds to preserve the species. The Norwegian Forest cat was actually on the endangered species list, mainly because they have a frail constitution and are prone to heart and kidney diseases but breeders are actually encouraged to breed them to help the population back up again :)
