How do I load different shells into the mortars?

I have incendiary shells and explosive shells in the same cabinet near the mortars. I can see the option to unload the current shell, but not an option to tell which kind of shell to load. As a result, the pawns just reloaded the same shell (incendiary) back into the mortar.

How could I tell which shell to load up?

Click on the mortor and these a shells button where the work bench bills button is. You have to manually uncheck everything but the shell you want loaded and manually unload any currently loaded shell
