Additional info on Agarilux?

So with the new caves, and mushroom spawns, I managed to harvest an Agarilux mushroom, which produced 35 raw fungus.

as of A18 are there any uses for the stuff?

My guess is a food source and if the old mushrooms carried over pre B18, a meat substitute.

They are a food source. They seem to only grow in the cave area where you have soil inside the caves. When I find some I wall off the cave to keep light out, add a door or two.Then create a growing zone set to not plantable. As soon as the fungus hits 100% your guys come and harvest it. You get quite a bit of fungus. Also it seems to spread.

With mods that allow you to cultivate it, glowstools (I think that's what they're called) are extremely over powered, especially in mountainous extreme cold biomes.
