Any way to increase the speed of making weapons or armor?

I know that by increasing the level of manufacturing, but is there another way?
Whether with prosthesis, some tool mod or something.

You can use the dev tools. Theres a toggle called fast crafting or something like that. A legendary longsword takes like 20 in game seconds with it on.

You can also set the global work speed at a higher rate in a custom scenerio. I usually have doors, move speed, and global work speed bumped up when im playing for fun.

Edit: it is called fast crafting and its in the dev mode menu that is the box with a circle behind it. Its on the left side of that window, just above the gap in toggles.

bionics, tool shelf thingys, good mood = higher work speed (comfy chair infront of the bench and some artwork close by in a quality room really helps) and wake up pills increase work speed by 50%

Option 1- XML edit the core mod to lower the work amount for their recipes
Option 2- XML edit the tool chest to be OP and/or increase the max number that can connect
