Ancient crashed ship wont die

I have about 7 colonist shooting at it and it is taking no damage. How do I get rid of it

its stuck at 1177/1200 health and has spawned no mechanoids.

Im currently using the star wars mods.

May be a bug with the Star Wars weapons if you're using those. Maybe try a vanilla weapon?

a easy way is 2 pawns with melee weapons ( if it is not a bug with a mod )

If nothing else works, activate dev console and deconstruct it (the Mechanoids/Centipedes will spawn so be aware of that). Or use the destroy tool instead, which will completely get rid of it and its contents.

I tried that. I had someone grab an assault rifle we got from a raid and try but nothing happened

How do I do that

1) Go to your options menu in-game
2) Bottom of the window there an option for Developer Mode, enable that
3) At the top of the screen you'll see about five or six buttons, I think the destroy tool is in the first Star-like icon from the left
4) You can either search for Tool:Destroy or scroll down to the bottom of the list; I think the destroy tool is on the left most column at the bottom.
5) Click the button, then click on the ancient ship. It should just vanish.

Ok, thanks. I didn't want to start a new world but this may fix that.
