For a game in early access this is really just painful as it limits the dev's cabilities for that platform.
If you notice all the EA stuff is almost always on pc and if they are on consoles it's via some special program
then have one of those tiny tables to put your K&M on and you should be fine (maybe need an extension cable)
might need binoculars to read stuff tho
A console is a pc. The matter of fact is that a console is built in a way where you can't really change it.
Vs what people calling "gaming pcs" which are consoles that aren't being held back by companies and can be change to adapt with higher spec needs and so on.
You can also hook an xbox controller to your pc while you are at it
never tried that
I'm pettery sure you can find a way to make it semi work
had someone figure out how to play battlefleet gothic with a controller yesterday
You are right. But no one refers to their xbone or ps whatever as a "pc", its a console. And no one (seriously, prove me wrong) refers to a gaming pc as a console. And finding a bunch of idiot teenagers using the terms interchangeably doesnt count.
(to be clear, i understand gaming consoles are specialised computers dedicated to gaming, but thats all they do (besides the new social media being intergrated). Its like calling a calculator a computer. It computes, true, but it falls short of the genrally accepted meaning of a computer. "Console" is a specialized term refering to a stand alone gaming computer that runs a unique OS and lacks any of the other specialized features a true computer would have.)
gaming pc - motherboard, powerful processor, ram, graphics psu and full upgrade option - you are set and ready
console - motherboard *specific), processor (limited), ram, graphics, external psu and none/very limited upgrade
basically, from technical point of view - console can also be counted as pc but very limited:)
and by the way - you have pc's in airplanes, ships and much more - they are still called computers, but are very limited to conducting several specific roles and you won't be able to use them for things they are specified for.......
so terms computer and console are just to easy separate it, but in hardware - close ones
