1. Daily Max Learning Cap:
Theres a limit skill exp your colonist can get every day before it gets a negative multiplier, after that your colonist will learn (get skill experience) way slower.
2. Passion:
the flames beside the skill shows the passion that colonist have
- no flame = x33% learning
- small flame = x100% learning
- big flame = x150% learning
3. Skill Degradation:
If your colonist doesn't keep learning/training their skills will degrade over time.
So you must constantly train them to keep their skills, but no passion skills are really hard to keep.
Theres a mod called "Mad Skills" that lets you mod this feature, you can decrease the skill degradation or completely remove it so your colonist never lose a skill level.
