Selling prisoners

So I have a couple of prisoners that I want to sell.
I also have a comms console.

What are my options? Apart from endlessly waiting for slaver's caravan to randomly wound up on my doorstep.

You can send caravane and hope the base you go will buy them
or use comm to get a pirate caravane.

If I welcomed a slaver's caravan from that faction some time ago - does it raise chances that they will accept my slaves?
Also, what about pirate caravan? I don't have such option. Do I need to earn some diplomacy standing with them somehow before option for slaver caravan appears?

All Outlander factions have Pirate Caravans you can summon via the Comm Console.
All Tribal factions have Slaver Caravans you can summon via the Comm Console.
Just summon whichever you can and when they arrive in a few days you can sell your prisoners to them.

Just bring them over as part of your own caravan. You can make them carry other stuff you want to sell when you do it, which is a double win. I have yet to see a settlement that refused to buy my prisoner pirates.
