Just set up a low priority corpse stockpile somewhere that allows rotten, and make sure your freezer is a higher priority and doesn't allow rotten. Then you are done. Any good corpses go into your freezer, if for whatever reason they rot your pawns will move them out on their own.
that would seem to be what was intended, but they don't distinguish a rotten corpse from a fresh one. the stockpile option is to allow rotten not prioritize them, meaning that unless one momentarilly forbids all fresh corpses they'll be moved out with the rotton ones.
