Rotting food in freezers problem.
there seems to be no way to quickly remove rotting corpses from a freezer. without waiting for it to go to 99 hp so another stockpile can pick it up. (or removing every corpse of that type and re-inserting it)

the stockpiles don't differentiate between rotting and fresh corpses once they're inside the zone.
This is my biggest pet-peeve with rimworld right now... does anyone have any solutions?

figured it... if you forbid all non-rotten corpses and set up a new stockpile(or crematorium bill [ I use furnaces] ) then they'll remove em without too much work

The way I deal with it is - have a separate stockpile with rotten and corpses both ticked. if your freezer has rotten unticked you can click on a pawn and prioritise hauling of the rotten corpse. Make sure to delete the new stockpile afterwards!

You don't need to delete it if you set it to low priority provided your regular food storage/freezer still has room for non rotton corpses

Ya I don't understand what the OP means, the stockpile system fully understands rotten corpses and it's easy manage.

Just set up a low priority corpse stockpile somewhere that allows rotten, and make sure your freezer is a higher priority and doesn't allow rotten. Then you are done. Any good corpses go into your freezer, if for whatever reason they rot your pawns will move them out on their own.

that would seem to be what was intended, but they don't distinguish a rotten corpse from a fresh one. the stockpile option is to allow rotten not prioritize them, meaning that unless one momentarilly forbids all fresh corpses they'll be moved out with the rotton ones.
