Report a translation problem
Be aware that it stores Workshop mods as their ID, not their name, so it would take a bit of deciphering.
(You will also find the same kind of list at the top of your save file if you open it in notepad).
As for finding out what mod is breaking the game. Do a binary search. Disable half (making sure to reload the game afterward). If it fixed it, one of the disabled mods breaks it, if it doesn't, one of the remaining active ones breaks it.
Split whichever half is the culprit in half again and repeat until you've found the single mod that does it.
Then keep the broken one enabled and binary search the rest to find the one it conflicts with. Then you can decide which one to disable.
I would then contact each mod author and let them know.
