Rimworld or Stardew Valley
I'm looking for depth, immersion(somewhat) and exploration that's rewarding. Which one should i get into?

Hmm Rimworld is a survival game where the AI is actively out to get you and Stardew Valley is an RPG/farming game. Hardly similar and so a comparison isn't really possible.
Go with what you enjoy playing.

I would say Rimworld offers more exploration that Stardew Valley, but as for Immersion that would go to Stardew Valley.

If I would pick one of the two only, it would be Rimworld.

Neither Rimworld or Stardew have much exploration so perhaps Subnautica or (gasp) No Mans Sky since they are exploration games (with building elements, especially Subnautica)!

You may also like something like Terraria or Starbound, I think those have more exploration (never played them).

I've played both extensively in the last year and think they are both quite good. SV is very relaxing--even the combat in it is totally low-stress. Very similar to Harvest Moon if you played those. Rimworld requires alot more thought and strategy, and can be frustrating, but never boring. Rimworld has better replayability value.

Rimworld certainly has more of both of those.

Rimworld is one of those games that is so addicting that it's scary to play.
While stardew valley can be so satisfying.

I'd personally say if you can; both. They are both great games!

It's really a hard pick if you choose one.

I have both. Stardew valley was pretty boring for me. Lots of people do seem to like it, but I found it boring: just grinding and grinding day after day. Rimworld seems a lot funner, there is nothing better than capturing your enemies, harvesting their heart, then trading it for drugs to give to your colonists.
Stardew Valley cd key = 8$ on humble bundle
Rimworld = 28$

Rimworld, ever since I disovered it about 2 years ago I don't think a day has gone by i haven't at least thought about it.

SW is boring as hell

Stardew is fantastic. Rimworld is fantastic. Both accomplish what they set out to do very well.

I enjoy both. Stardew is safe for little kids, though, and Rimworld's a bit subversive.

Definitely RimWorld over Stardew. However, I find Factorio by far (for me anyway) the most addictive game I have ever played!

We have both, but Rimworld is the obvious choice. The potential is limitless. Highest rated game on steam practically.
