What I do think would fix this though is for, when you prioritize an action, your colonist to repeat that action for as long as relevant. For example: prioritize hauling rice = do that until all rice is picked. Prioritize building power grid = do that until the whole path is set.
Do you guys know where I should post this as a feature request for the devs?
It doesn't have anything you don't need in it. You need everything in Allow Tool, everyone does. It should be a mandatory install, and merged into the base game eventually.

it makes building things faster because haulers can bring materials required.
Allow tool is used for urgent hauling of cargo or distant stuff because of how hauling works - closer things will be hauled before distant ones and that could take a while.
I agree, Allow tool is wonderful! I installed it for one thing, and slowly started using more and more of it.
