Harvest liver before installing new one?
I bought a new liver for my alcoholic cook that has cirrhosis, and am ready to swap it in. DO I need to harvest her liver first, or does installing the fresh one automatically take care of that?

Install the fresh one and it will replace the old one.
If you remove the old one, your pawn will die.

good to know, lol. On this woman I've now excised a carcinoma, replaced a injured eye with a bionic one, and now a liver transplant. She's lucky she's an amazing cook, lol
