Can't Seem to Perform Surgery
So, I'm having an issue with surgery right now. A colonist had his left leg shot off, so I decided to attach a new leg. The colonist is currently in a hospital bed, I've got a doctor, but I can't find the operation. When I click on the operation tab, I see a bunch of harvest options, but no option to replace the leg (and yes, I do have a spare leg for the operation). I have no idea what's going on. Could it be a mod issue? I have the Orassan mod (the colonist is an Orassan), but I didn't see anyone mention this issue.

Can anyone help? Oh, and I also noticed that when I do the restore body part option in the debug menu, I don't see a way to restore the left leg, only the right one. Can the restore option not help missing parts? If not, is there anything in the debug menu that could do the trick?

Restore body option only makes attached parts back to normal rather than add a missing part back in. Do you have the surgery mod needed for Alien Races like EPOE or RBSE and the Orassan patch? Non-humans need patches to add some parts.

For the surgery, under the Health tab of the colonist, click on the Operations sub-tab. Then pick the operation you want to do. After scheduling it, soon the colonist will go lie down in a hospital bed and then soon after that, one of the doctors (not necessarily your best one), will begin to perform the operation. If you want your best doctor to do it, you may need to select the doctor, then manually right-click the patient and tell him to perform the operation.

We know how surgery works normally. The point of this is that the surgery option is not working as per the norm.

Mods can be the issue. Some mods will change it so that you need to research to enable certain surgeries. Some mods will conflict and mess everything up.

You'll probably need to post a full list of your mods for someone to help you. Some things may be easy to pick out of a list as a problem, some conflicts may be unknown, there are so many possibilities.

It sounds like you're trying to combine the Orissan mod with the EPOE mod. That'll require installing the patch, available on the workshop.

Is your spare leg in a stockpile zone? Your inventory only counts item in stockpile (and dumping) zones.

i believe this to be the most likely problem

My colonists have retrieved items for use in surgery that were outside of the stockpile on numerous instances.

It is strange, though. I have found one colonist who will perform the surgery but he is a senile old man with a bad back. None of my usual medical experts will touch touch it. It was never like this before and I have carried out dozens of operations.
