Shattered bones
Why can my colonists perform organ transplants but cant heal broken bones? This is the dumbest ♥♥♥♥ I've ever seen. And i know about robo limbs but that should only be necessary if the limb was straight up destroyed or blown/bitten off. Maybe they can add something where the bone doesn't heal properly but to not be able to fix broken bones at all is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

more realistic than EPOE, formerely known as EPOE hardcore version. Less gimmicky implants, no new resources to clutter game, higher costs for surgery(though there is a lite version with less costs). Enough surgery to be useful but not enough so that damage still has consequence. Does increase surgery chances slightly. Plus does other things like allow you to cure not just wounds(pain) but also 'bad back' etc. Only 2 workbenches as opposed to what, 5-8 in EPOE? I been trying to get word out of it.

I second Jet's suggestion. I quite like Ras' take on enhancements.

shattered bones far different to broken bones and the bones themself never really heal propperly. generly the best oprion is amputation other than that they replace the bone with a steel rod basicly either way u either have no limb or in case of leg greatly reduced mobility
