Airplanes and cars

you can make a space ship but you cant make an airplane or a car? Wouldnt the colonist after walking around the world want some type of vehical to make it go faster. I can see why a car would be kind of hard since there are no roads, but a airplane would work very welll.

I would point out that is the purpose of the drop pods, but I see the point you're making. Why would you need pack animals for caravans when an all terrain truck would be more efficient? It's a fair suggestion.

It should definitely have vehicles... The pods seem like a really crappy way to do that to be honest, like,,, you couldn't make anything better, to make caravans easier??

I think there should be all sorts of vehicles, including the ship..

the cthulu mod has transport bugs/abominations
havnt used them, the god gave me a senile one and i didnt trust it
decided to worship something else
the plane would probably make the world travel too easy
there are also no runways so the pods might be more effecient then crashing a entire plane everytime

well there are sea planes and some maps have open parts with no vegetation where someone can land, ALso there are settlements where maybe they can let you land there if you are friends. Making you have to find a place to land could be the challenge of airplanes
