Removing ''cave'' roofs?
Is there a way to remove cave roofs ? I'd like to make my main corridor roofless so they can say the daylight when they walk around, can't seem to be able to do it

overhead mountain no
there is a mod for it i think but in vanilla digging away a mountain above you is not an option

How do you feel about pillars? Because pillars are necessary for any room larger than 11x11 tiles.

Larger than 12 x 12. Really, larger than 12 x (whatever length you want.) As long as one side is under 13, you are good.
