The only bad moodlets you will recieve are if they had a strong social connection with the other colonists, i.e. sister or husband. It's up to you if to give them a proper burial or let their corpse deteriotate behind a wall.
Yeah and now back to the treath.^^ The most "non evil way" is to sold them to slaver or abond them while being in a caravan.
