Wargs too underpowered?

Does no one else think this? Correct me if im wrong but arent wards supposed to be some sort of huge mutant steroid ridden wolf? These things are barely stronger than a husky. Are there any mods out there that actually make wargs threatening like they are meant to be?

they are plenty threatening but even an elephant when shot in the head with s niper gos down fairly fast

Wargs, much like your actual wolves, aren't *that* dangerous 1-on-1... they're dangerous because they're fast and come in packs. If you want super-terrifying solo killers, look for elephants or grizzlies.

Wargs, much like your actual wolves, aren't *that* dangerous 1-on-1... they're dangerous because they're fast and come in packs. If you want super-terrifying solo killers, look for elephants or grizzlies.

Personally I found bears to be excellent fighters and I use them extensively as escorts for my caravans together with maybe half a dozen timber wolves. 3 colonists and my animal escorts were able to defeat an ambush of more than 25 tribals with one or two wolves as casualty. But over the years I've accumulated a few maimed or badly injured bears that I can't bear to put down. They retire as haulers or just hang out in their barns.

Wargs are great, they just aren't solo hunters like people said. Bears are real badasses but warges eat less then bears easier to manage and you can train a warge to do anything around the base so combanation of good ultilty and good combat. If you want epic combat get a bear, or elphant, just be ready to feed them.
