can I attack another colony?
Just curious. Haven't tried everything I can think of to do it, but would like to know before wasting resources on the attempt.

yes. world map start caravan then attack a faction. Don't attack in winter because caravans are slower in snow.

You can beat up raiders, too. IDK whether this affects other colony relations, but the more people hate you, the more people will send raiders, so keep this in mind.
They'll raid you back whereas pirates and unfriendly tribals are already raiding you.
