Reform Caravan option?

I just did my first caravan and took over a small base, i am following the hints tab to Reform Caravan so i go to the world map but i can not find the "Reform Caravan" option any where. Can some one tell me what im missing please.

When your in a map, you have to draft your colonist and move them to the border of the map, they will exit the map and form a new caravan.

If your map has a light green border you can send your people out and it is auto reformed or wait 24 hours ingame there should be a timer.

click the battle site on the map and u will see the reform caravan option but if your are ambushed u need to kill or rout the ambushers first
