Ideal temp for butcher table?

The room my butchers table is 30 F and the game told me that this isn't ideal. what would be the ideal temp? thanks for reading.

71.6F is 22C which the air conditioners and heaters have set to default
If you are used to using celsius, you can change to that in the options menu
