Add "full screen borderless" mode

This is not very urgent, but it is a very nice feature.

Right click Rimworld in steam, edit launch options, type "-popupwindow" without quotes, launch Rimworld, go to options, disable fullscreen. DONE.

(Wish I could have seen this sooner, but better late then never I guess)
