Why do none of the DOSMan Games have Steam Cloud support?

I know the games are short, but Steam Cloud support is supposed to be pretty easy to implement, so what gives? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SW4MhiQhY04 As long as the game saves are in a file, you just configure the file path in Steam Cloud. Unless Easy FPS Editor saves the game in the Windows Registry or some crazy stuff like that....

Mouse Acceleration?

Is mouse acceleration turned on by default by chance? I noticed when I'm trying to turn my character he will occasionally whip around so fast I lose my sense of place. I'm not sure why, as I've got sensitivity turned down low and it normally handles fine. Any ideas?...
