Ubasam Wood - Sandbox Mode

Ok i'm kind of lost by now. Like i cant find the right zone in Depths to farm Ubasam Wood

i found some on the third floor on my sandbox game

in the depths all plants give it

if its a giant mushroom if will give ubasam
but beware of groups of greenish mushroom

You should enchant a axe with the ironwood enchantment and then you can farm both ubasam wood and iron wood at same time. It is really a good thing to do if you need to farm lots of wood. It also saves time for teleporting back to the different areas to farm ironwood from old furniture.

Yea, but your more likely to spawn in wood chip ones. Ive run into more of these than any other wood types.

found some yesterday on the first level of my sandbox game - on durins high road close to the dimrill gate.

You need to go down to Second Deep, you want to look for purple-colored areas on the map there; this is where you usually find the vast majority of Ubasam-wood and also respawning trees. You should be able to get there even with your beginners Pickaxe since you only need to dig away some normal stone from the entrances.

On the First Level were you start there are always two stairs (2nd and 3rd), one leads down and one leads up. You need to take the one that leads down, pass the First Deep and go the Second Deep. When there, build yourself a small sleeping camp, because once you cut down all the Ubasam trees they will only respawn if you sleep there. In my opinion, most smaller mushrooms won't respawn if you cut them down.
