{BUG} Sound issue cuts in and out after getting hit alot or dying
Apparently, I have noticed the game music and sounds cut in and out when you either get killed or get hit alot during combat. This is the only time this bug happens. I did find if you reset the game, it fixes the issue. I already sent a ticket to the developers about this bug with my system information, so hopefully they will look into it on their end.

NOTE: This could have something also to do with sound being low that others have reported. Maybe it is just very low when it cuts out for me, but for me, it sounds like there is no sound at all. I just turned the music up to max and it seems loud enough for me.

I dont know if its the same as what you are describing, but for me it sounds like the audio has hiccups - have only just had it happen so will try to pay attention to what Im doing if it starts again XD

Yea, that is the same issue. If you look in the pinned post about guides, someone else also talked about this issue.
I posted about it here with a link to their support email if interested:

Whether you call it hiccuping, cutting off and on, or turns on and off, there are all the same thing happening in the game. I do not know how it got fixed in my game, it randomly went away. At the time it fixed itself, i thought maybe a windows update fixed it, but now i am unsure.
the music / sound effect most problem come with the wind sounds parts and in time it make the music to crap and with a 12 boxes to me pc it ruined the game , the game fun , same for the falling rots nonstop , it need to singe with digging every 3 hits tired of this also , and some more

I only really get audio problems if I take a lot of hits in quick succession or I've been playing for 3-4 hours back-to-back.

Eventually Orcs and wildlife stop spawning too even when I rest, restarting fixes this.

Yes, i actually reported it happening after i got killed by orcs quite often too, which is when i took alot of hits. So i can also say it is something to do with that too.
