Can’t find the shadow orc camp
I can't find the shadow Orc camp in Barazinbar.
I've gone through ALL the tunnels in the mines, I've watched a lot of videos to get a general idea of where to look (I know that seeds are randomly generated), but there's no way in hell I'm going to be able to find the shadow orc camp, and that's BS, since I can't get deep into it and continue Finding a storyline is impossible without it! I also don't have a red zone in barazinbar that indicates the presence of an orc camp. I've explored all the tunnels and passageways, so I don't have a single designation for an unexplored area on the map. But there is no camp either, can someone please help me?

Try going up.
Some other suggestions:

#1. Mine. Sometimes passages are hidden behind mining spots.

#2. As steam poster Supergtp suggested, you may have to look up high, or even low for it.

Due to the random map seeds per game, the locations will be different in every game, so even if you "follow" a video on youtube, it might not be correct for your map seed in the location it is shown.

On your map there should be this little protruding tab that is red. that is the shadow orc camp

I'm on the same page, sadly the 3D structure of Barazinbar compressed into 2D map without layers is confusing. I suspect that the red tab is just overlayed by another layer. I can only wish you luck as many people mentioned that it's well hidden.

Yes, the layers or "floors" can overlap on the map. I had this happened to me before. It is one of the things that can happen in random map seeds.
In my game (I know they are random), there is a Red Orc camp right by the Bridge of Khazad-dûm. Head away from the chasm and very close there is a massive gate made of timbers with metal decorations. This gate was massive.

Pickaxe the gate (takes a while), and then behind it was a normal dirt-filled passage. The Orc Camp was behind that.

I haven't done much at all upstairs yet, but I'm pretty sure that will hide the orc camp when I explore it.
