It sounds like a farming simulator. From previews it looks like you can farm, fish, and possibly fight stuff. Also, socialization with other hobbits in the shire. You play a hobbit and have a customizationable house.

It comes out in may apparently. Also, it is a cozy game, not like this one, but the customization stuff interest me. I would probably compare it more with stardew valley.

Im glad there making more LOTR games, and that the gollum game that failed did not ruin them making games for this series. Also, you can play as a hobbit, which is nice too. I like how there making the other races from the LOTR series playable. Hope they do a elven LOTR game next.

It's from the folks that did the animation in the Peter Jackson movies, so it will be that style of animation.

Face it - this game (Moria) is animation too.

Yea, i noticed that Weta Workshop did work on the newer shire game, which is another reason i am intereted in it. I want to see how accurate they make the hobbits in it.
