Farming - Is there no "Gain" on Farm Plots?

Are Farm Plots "Lossy" as in, You plant one seed you get one plant, and you never actually get any "gains" as is the case with literally every other game with any level of farming I've ever played? Or am I just doing it wrong?

you have to give them a bit of time (couple in game days), they'll grow to four per plot. it's the same with all other crops you see in the world, they'll replenish over time.

Nope. You need to sleep. If you ever used the small farm plots, it can grow 2-3 plants. I will suggest you should make the bigger ones though, as you can get 4 plants per plot, and the big one comes with three spots to plant seeds and plants.

Just sleep and when you wake up, more plants will have spawned. You may have to sleep a couple times to get the 4 max plants to grow.

Gotcha, right now I just have a single sunlamp with one of the 3 slot farm boxes. (in a friend and mines co-op world, we're about 14 hours in.)

Yea, in order for to get more plants in the 3 slot one, sleep. Just like how you make the new elven tree's grow. Make sure you sleep in the base the farm planters are in though. Again, just like the elven tree growing thing. You need to sleep in same place to get more of them.

Also with the elven tree's same thing too. You need to sleep in a base in that area, if your that far already. Otherwise the tree's will not respawn. This was actually fixed in last patch, and they did make it like the farm plants at least. Again, you need to sleep in same place the elven tree's spawn. Anyways, have fun and good luck.
