I cannot find Garin's Muzakan Chest *anywhere* in the Lower Deeps.

I've just lapped the whole place twice after randomly searching it out over the course of clearing the zone. There's nothing left that I havent killed or dug into and that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chest isn't ANYWHERE.

I know spawns are generated based on seed, but this is ridiculous.

I lapped it over 4 times.
I climbed on sh--. I searched the roof of the Drain Works. I climbed around statues. I checked behind, above, and under sh--.

The ONLY places I did not check were inside every node of ore. Yes, I went everywhere. Even scoured the structures in the Darkest Deeps rooms.

Mine didn't spawn, either.

It took me FOREVER to find it. Ended up being in the second to last map section that I explored for the region. Tucked in a small cave corridor. lol

Ok, after coming back every couple days to explore I finally went *entirely* through the bottom of that temple across from the Drain Pumps...

And in the basement of that temple there are actually crumbled walls you need to take down to find some of the hidden rooms. I already had dug out all the dirt passageways, but didn't realize there would be false walled rooms as well.

So, If you cant find that chest in the lower deeps, its probably hidden in the bottom of that temple.

LOL..this is not the only place they do this. If you make it to the desolate area, there is a chest under the dirt too there, at least in my map seed..

Chest and Ore nodes may have items. You may need to clear all of it out to find the the Muzakan Chests. In a Sandbox world I just uncovered a pile of Adamant/Silver Ore and lo and behold.... a repairable Statue was in side of that pile.

Not the building with the drain pumps. From that building, cross the water, and go back to shore. Continue past the map stone.

In many map seeds, there is a palace pretty much straight out past the map stone. Palace, large house, temple, whatever you want to call it. Your character occasionally mumble that he doesn't know what to call it. Dwarves used to live in it. The place is a maze, with several levels and lots of doors.

I suspect even if it is a different location in your seed, it is probably still in the general area of the entrance to (map stone for) the docks for the pumps.

It's tearing me apart! I found that temple and like he said, I had plenty of walls in the bottom to break, found a ton of garin's carvings down there so really thought I was going to find the chest down there as well but it wasn't there!
