bots won't obey to stay orders in truck convoys heists
I keep spamming orders to force the bots to not move while they're inside inside the trucks (which is safer) but they keep running around or simply getting out of the truck for not reason

Standby has kind of a broad meaning for them, they sit in that general area but sometimes not *specifically* where they were when you gave the order.
Top tip would be just not to do that as it's a bad idea. The fact that trucks are better cover is an illusion, you are trading map control to have temporary cover, which in the end gets you killed the moment you try to step out of said truck because the cops have surrounded it by then.
This is by far the most frequent failure reason in armored truck heists, everyone gets into the truck to loot it, full team wipe the moment they try to step out of it.

not armored trucks heists I'm talking about but the ones that spawns about 4 long trucks loaded with breackable wood boxes
I hide myself inside them, kill any incoming guards and whenever nazara says to push them back I get out and move to the next truck, survived that way in a 5 badge run having only theresa and baker on the team, deploying her sentry makes bots not move if it's in their way (glitch maybe? whatever, it works as a standby for bots at least) but unfortunately I'm doing a run with nobody that can deploy a sentry, so it's being a pain

for armored trucks I survived solo without bots by leaving the saw doing its job and running around the whole map, the cops follow me leaving the saw alone and since I'm faster they never get the chance to shoot me, once the saw is done I just gotta rush to the truck, open 2 boxes, grab the loot, get out before I start geting shot and take the loot to the van, then repeat untill the truck is empty

bots will ignore standby to pick up bags or to fight back if there is an enemy threatening them. You're using the bots wrong if you're getting them to hide like that... if you want them to take cover and be safe simply tell them to follow you and you get into cover and fight them.

enemies come in waves and you and the bots as a group will clear the wave faster and make the whole thing safer... ALWAYS fight first unless you have sentry turrets. A team with 4 sentries just means you can walk through the level because the sentries will kill the spawns the whole game even on extreme if you place them right lmao. (but that usually takes till day 10 or so before you have more than a couple sentries, but by day 13 or 14 you should have 3 teams with full gold items including 12 sentries on extreme at least)

I mostly play loud only and now i play on extreme only while doing it. The bots are very tough and help alot in fights as long as you don't lead them to their deaths.

last edit to add: Inside the truck isn't really the safest place to be in those heists. Generally you want to set up one half as your "safe half" and just keep it clear of all enemies... then that is actually the safest spot. If you hide in the truck you wont' be able to keep the spawns down and they'll stack up and kill you when you try to leave.

it would literally be easier to just fight your way out... stand there and watch the spawns and just kill them as they come. Even on extreme difficulty this is the easiest. If you kill them then you will get the "push them back" and the retreat faster... you're making the game much harder on yourself by not playing it tbh.
