should i pick a cosmetic instead of an epic team member?

so i'm on my 3rd run and since i'm expecting to die, should a unlock the cosmetic instead of the epic memeber, since i will lose it on death?

I played just a little of the beta and if I remember right, the cosmetics are for multiplayer only? So I guess it depends on how often you'll play multiplayer? =)

I do wonder if some are also unlocked for the campaign though? Seemed a bit odd to me that it was multiplayer only.

Any unlocks via leveling up are permanent.
Also unlocking a team member will only make said team member available for purchase. You'll still have to buy him in MP and the campaign. Same as weapons.
