Absolutely shameful the way this company has treated perhaps this game's biggest supporter. I can't recommend this game anymore. Absolutely disgusted they caved to the cancel culture mob, who literally had no influence over sales, but cancel Kirsche who does influence sales. When is the game industry going to learn that gamers don't like cancel culture and companies who embrace it.

Thats ridiculous taking into account the devs themselves admitted Kirsche's affiliate link was the reason the game was successful on steam at all. The claim that Kirsche is alt right is baseless by itself, even in the articles that slander her the best they could come up is "Look these people in reddit say she is a nazi".

It is a proven fact, many times, that the folks who hate cancel culture will absolutely do cancel culture if they can, but will reword it as something else and act like it's not.

Very much like when Russia invaded Ukraine and America called it an Invasion but Russia said "No no, it's not an invasion. It's a special military operation."
When it was absolutely an invasion.

George Carlin did a bit on this kind of talk with Euphemisms back in the 90's
