ADS help?
This is going to sound really dumb, but I need help.....aiming.

Lemme elaborate lol. Something feels off about it. I did some reading in previous posts about this. I already had adjusted to taking more time with shots, but something still felt different.

I'd also like to add that I do have a low end system, and I have been having performance issues in other areas of the game. This includes the occasional game brain farts where I can't use my mouse or shoot, and stutters when a lot of processes are going on at once. It hasn't been bad enough to affect my enjoyment, but it has cost me a revive or two here and there. So, my problem may just be more stuttering, but I wanted to ask just in case.

Regarding the sight radius, is this game hitscan or projectile based, or maybe both. I know the RPG has an actual projectile, but this question should apply to both anyways. For either system, is the projectile/laser coming from the player, or the tip of the gun. If so, when I aim should I be accounting for where my front sight is?

I noticed that I'm still treating the aiming like in other games where your gun just wobbles around, but the direction is still forwards. But, since these guns twist around too, is the projectile/laser direction doing so as well? Maybe it's been like this in other games, and I just didn't notice it.

If that twisting/rotating theory is true, any recommendations on what to work on? Should I get better at working with the weapon wobble, or get really good at one hit kills.

My main thing is that I want to use other guns, but so far ye ol' reliable (for me) is two shotguns and a katana. The relying on shotguns seemed like a thing based on the other discussions/posts I looked at too. But, I needed to be able to fire a lot of rounds fast in order to take on higher difficulties, since I can't be too slow and risk downing myself or being overwhelmed.

The game is hitscan and hits exactly where it shows you, meaning your red dot or sight or whatever else in the exact center, that's it :)
Shotguns are fairly strong and beginner friendly overall, rifles are harder to use but can get even better performances depending on the map.
If you get shot or stumble or whatever and the gun moves, your aim also gets screwy, so like getting melee'd while aiming can and will mess your shot up. It always goes where it aims, if it's moving sideways due to running, climbing stairs or whatever the case may be, it will aim exactly as it shows (and it's rather realistic I would say).
