bug with tying people

When you tie people and bot "assist" you glued in palce and can't move even can't change person and only restart can help

It is a known bug sadly, happens when two heisters, player or BOT, attempt to ziptie the same hostage. Hopefully they fix it in the future. If you are playing singleplayer, command your teammates to ziptie civilians and don't touch them otherwise.

Of course, only if you initiated "Start heist" and your teammates run in with their guns shouting everybody down. If you are stealthing around solo, ziptie everyone you can.
