how do you get this achievement? i have many cash but still theres no event defend the stash

I think you got this after defending a warehouse of yours from an another gang in the single player campaign. You have to wait for the mission to spawn, usually in the second half of the campaign, after few days.

it's also one of the last Achievements i still need
so far every time a Defend a Business Partner Missions spawns, not the Warehouse defense
does somebody know some tricks how to trigger this mission, or is it just RNG? No other factors, that influence, if this missions spawns?

I would say Amass as much Money as you can and don't sell stuff (Electronics, Jewelry etc.), i think then the Game Focuses on your Warehouses

more than 20 runs and this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ missin never spawns, at this point i'm inclined to believe the devs patched it out in the last few updates or whatever

It's not patched out. Play a campaign for at least 8 or 9 days and one of the gangs will trigger it (assuming you don't get bad RNG and get the restaurant instead).

i get restaurant every time, around turn 6 - 8

all gangs are enemies
they have at least 3 or more territories left
broke truce to get them extra aggro
never sold goods
finished at least one big heist
cash over 1 Million
Goods over 300k


someone, who got Warehouse Defense in the last few weeks? What where your trigger conditions for it to spawn?

i'm starting to believe, maybe i'm playing to good and efficient for it to trigger ... should i lose turfs or crew members on missions? I am at my wits end

also:

is there a chance for "Warehouse Defense" to spawn a few days after"Defend a Business Partner"? Currently i reroll campaign as soon as Business Partner spawns. I finished a few Campaigns before, but Defend Warehouse never spawned after, so i'm inclined to believe that in one game only Business Partner or Warehouse can spawn, not both

Ok, for everyone, who is also struggling with this Achievement:
I found a way to save you a lot of time doing this over and over

1. Play one of the smaller campaigns, where you start at day 3, Dragon Dogs did it for me
   
2. do easy jobs to lvl up your crew, buy turret if possible
   
3. do a truce with kahn and break it
   
4. finish dragon Dogs around day 5
   
5. don't sell goods
   
6. at this point just fokus on defending your turfs and small heists
   
7. at the end of day 6 close your game
   
8. disable Steam cloud saves
   
9. backup your savegame ordner
   
10. restart game and start the next day (sometimes the mission spawns from day 7 to 8, if no
11. mission spaned at all repeat and back up this day)
    
12. skip to the next day and see what mission spawns
    
13. wrong Mission: close game, override: "CareerSlot_SaveName.sav" and "CareerSlot_SaveName_old.sav"
    
14. repeat this around 5 to 10 times until finally warehouse defense spawns
