Cagnali's Order decision?

At the end of Cagnali's Order, I get to make a choice - kill or spare. Thing is, the game is rather unclear as to what that entails. I seem to get paid in either case, and the faction is gone in either case. Except in one case, I also get a robot buddy. Does anyone know what the specifics of the decision are?

IIRC, when you spare her you get robot army (but Touch get skudominion instead of his LMG), robot team member, some amount of money, some bump of investigation and all of her turf is neutralized - so you need manually capture them (and so can do your rivals). If you kill her, you get money, all of her turfs and reduction of investigation.

Ah, that would explain why I didn't notice the difference. The first time I finished this heist and spared Cagnali, she was the last faction standing so it effectively ended the game. The second time around, I shot her and got seemingly less money, but a reduction in Norris' investigation and all of her territory. Seems like I get a robot buddy in either case.

Really, I once killed her and I still got the robot army. THough it could have something to do with me stealthing and choosing override instead of destroy...

Though I always kill her off. Fool me once...

I noticed something similar, if you don't stealth it and hence don't have the option to override instead of destroy, you also don't get the bots after sparing her.
