im near the end and im suppoosed to get past the "flagpole""
dont see any flagpole anywhere
im on the roof

Sorry I didn't get here sooner...

There's a small set of stairs on the actual roof that get you on the raised platform where the glass roof is. There's a huge metal pipe up there on one side in the middle of the platform with a ghost outline of the C4 where you hold F to place it at the base of it after all the dialogue finishes.

If you need help with tips on how to stealth the Gold Cup I will leave a little write up below:

*The Gold Cup has 3 possible starting positions: Aerial, Main Gate, and Basement.
Basement = Easier heist, hard setup missions reliant on stealth
Aerial = Normal difficulty heist, a less setup required
Main Gate = Harder heist with NO chance of stealth, virtually no setup required

In Aerial, you MUST pack up your air glider at the mission start or the guards will react to it as they would finding a corpse, broken camera, or broken window. There's 4 or 5 guards on that roof, with one in a black dress shirt with the actual keycard to get in.

[For stealth loadouts I always recommend the brick, silent pistol, a shotgun, and optionally a character with the "ghost" perk.]

1. To start the heist off, get rid of as many guards as possible away from cameras. (Easy with the brick.) You should stop clearing guards once you start getting to stairwells and cameras between floors. Try not to break any cameras, as guards will react to them.

2. Next goal is finding the two offices, (A and B) on the floor below the top floor control room on one side of the building. In office A, there's a whiteboard for control panel A on the wall beside one of the double doors leading into the office. In office B, there's a whiteboard for control panel B on the all the way in the left corner of the room on the wall.

*These whiteboards' functions are randomized every run and both use the same symbols between the two whiteboards, so its key you keep track of which symbol does what for panels A and B. The functions you want to find are: disable electricity, disable cameras, enable anti-air defense system, ping guards. (Sometimes there is a cleaning lady in office A, avoid her as a guard usually patrols through office A.)

3. Go into the control room on the top floor. (There is a single guard in the control room.) Panel A is on the left, Panel B is on the right. Input the symbols on the correct panels for disable electricity, disable cameras, enable anti-air defense system, ping guards, and NOTHING else.

4. Finish removing all guards.

5. Look at the prison cells with the pallets of gold. Those 12 cells will be split into 3 separate groups of 4 cells each. Each group has its own color, the color can be determined by the colored wires at the top of the cell doors. Find out what the 3 colors are for the cells. (This is also randomized every run.)

6. Go to the circuit breaker room. As you walk in, the right wall will have a box where colored wires are coming out that then go all over the walls and ceiling before reaching the circuit breakers on the back wall ahead of you. The colors of the wires change as they go across the room in an attempt to trick you. All that matters is what color they are when they're exiting that box on the right wall. Follow the 3 colors correlated with the groups of cells all the way to specific breakers and turn those off, but NOTHING else.

7. Saw into the cells that contain gold bars, gather the gold, and deposit them into the truck. The truck only carries a few bags, leaves, and then a new one replaces it a minute or two later. Repeat this process until you're told there's no more trucks.

***If the mission goes loud at any point, step 3 is VERY important. You have to enable the anti-air defense system to defend against the helicopter. The controls for the anti-air are in the control room on a small green tv screen. You have to use this manually to fight the helicopter while SWAT can attack you during it's use so be careful.
