3 territories, 1 attack
First of all, i don't know if i am trying to replicate a bug or figure out a rather illusive feature.
I had it happen once by accident and have been trying to replicate it since then but i only managed to do it once and only when attacking Dollar Dragon.
I think it's his location that makes it possible or easier? i don't know for sure.

how I did it:
split his territory so he has 2 locations on 1 side and 3 locations on the other side, then attack the middle territory of the side that has 3.

the problem is that so far it just takes 2 of the remaining side and leaves the other 1 as a single territory...except those 2 times.

I mostly just want to know if it's ment to take all 3 or not.
Does anyone else have any experience with this happening and does it work consistently for you?

If those 3 territories are his lat 3 territories, you will only take 2. In order to take 3 territories he needs to have at least 4 territories, probably have to be connected as well.

he needs 6 to do it, you divide it into 1 side with 2 connecting territories and the other side needs 3 connecting territories so you can attack the middle of the 3 territories and he has 2 connected territories left on the other side.
I've pulled it off twice too, first time was when Cagnali decided to branch out, and the second was when I sold the statues to Khan one time and his rampage left him with some rather odd territory spread. It should even be theoretically possible to snag four territories in a single attack if one team got big enough britches and made a T-sign somewhere while having more land beyond.
So yes, you can isolate and claim multiple territories in a single attack, but if it would attempt to take everything they have then the enemy will always hold on to one 'last stand' territory, chosen at random.

My guess is if you break up a chain like that, it randomly assigns either the left or the right portion to you.
