How do I Complete Chase and Wiz’s story as well as Defending a Warehouse achievement?

So as the title says, I already got most of the character mission story done all is left is Chase and Wiz and I haven’t got them nor received a way to get them.

How do I unlock them?

Also, how can I get the Warehouse achievement?

I only have gotten the one in the Diner where I save the Hostages never got that one and I had Millions during that run

Chase is random like with Cracker, Ranger, and Jupiter, may have to be unlocked via levelup magazine before he can appear during a run, not sure.

Wiz, also random, but directly tied to the Hidden Vault/Key Without a Lock big heist; you have to deliberately fail the briefcase interception (just wait at start until the case leaves the map and the escape van rolls up) to switch to the branch that will get the Wiz story done.

Warehouse, also also random, chance at start of the day for a bunch of your cash and assets to be held hostage by the warehouse defense mission, attacked by a random gang still alive on the map. Supposedly the worse the rival gangs' relation with Baker, the higher the chance, but now also a chance since Update 11 that hostage rescue will appear in place of warehouse defense.

so I just need to do Heists and get Magazines Upgrades til I get Chase.

If I get the Vault one, I have to lose on purpose like the guy carrying the briefcase needs to escape so I can get Wiz yes?

Also, I did the The Urban Legend Khan one where he attacked my warehouse and he got more hostile so tis kind RNG

Yes, he can escape through panicking and running off the map if the mission goes loud, or the case can get carried off the map by the other party if the deal is allowed to complete, both scenarios will call the van and successfully fail the mission upon escape without having to sacrifice a person.
After that, you don't have to play chess and drop the soap to smuggle information out, instead a different chain occurs where Wiz gets busted out and all the shenanigans that follow. Both routes end up with you playing the Hidden Vault map, so no worrying about throwing the big payday out that way.

EDIT: Also have been informed that if you've unlocked Wiz through a level-up magazine, his mission chain can randomly spawn like the other characters and play in full over the course of an ingame week or so, even without Hidden Vault getting rolled.

Hey so I’ve been trying to get Wiz and failing the Key one but I just couldn’t get it.

It just gives me a second chance to do it again, should I do it again for the second chance?

If it's not cutting to the jailbreak after failing the suitcase, then I can only guess they've changed it in Update 11 since that's how it worked before, can't verify personally since I've got Wiz unlocked now. Guess the remaining option to get the achievement done is to unlock the dude and get his mission chain done that way.
