How to restart the campaing?

I've started the campaing, but they don't show any plot or videos about what is even happening. There was a very short video of some random moments and then immediately a robbery started. After the robbery, they show the map of the city and teach me attacking territories.

I think that something is wrong. There is no explanation at what's happening. I've checked playthrough and people were starting the game with some videos and the fight on the roof. I don't have that. What am I missing? Maybe it's because I selected the higher difficulty?

The game is random, that's what happened. It's always a different start/different mission spawns etc.

If you are referring to the video where they present you Rockay city and the king flying into the sky dying then that's it. That's the introduction video. You play the tutorial to understand the basics and later in game, each playthrough is different. You will have different cutscenes for specific heists, unique characters available for hiring and introductions to the rival gang leaders. Each playthrough has different cutscenes and you unlock more by progressing or doing different activities/heists/missions.
